One Joy at a time is how happiness is built and maintained. In my experience joy lives most abundant in the smallest moments.
Today I found joy in a garden snail moseying along hidden in the shade underneath some ranunculus bloom. AND even though I assume he was on his way to eat my beautiful bloom, he brought a smile to my face in spite of his need to eat my bloom.
What was your joy today?

Perfectly formed snowflakes on my car window.
Yesterday we bought a 12 week old puppy, a toy poodle we call Harry and he slept in our bed with us for the first time last night. This morning I woke up getting my face licked!
